We are selling beef from herds of cattle with a majority Angus bloodline and a slight amount of Brahma stock.  We've found that the Angus cattle produce a tender beef, while even a slight Brahma bloodline contributes a hardiness to the cattle that allows them to cope with Texas' extremes of weather.

Our bottom-line goal is to produce beef that will be tasty and tender, as well as lean, clean of all chemical additives, and high in the omega-3 fatty acids, conjugated linoleic acid, beta-carotene and vitamins A and E that are good parts of a healthy diet.
